Dear Mr. Rubenstein:
This is to advise you that Exxon Nuclear is no longer performing analyses for ENC-supplied fuel under irradiation in the Oyster Creek nuclear plant. We understand that GPU Nuclear has made separate arrangements for such analyses.
We have informed GPU that, based on information that they have supplied to us, GPU is utilizing or planning to utilize ENC-supplied fuel for operating conditions outside those previously analyzed by ENC.
