SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION TO AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSES NPF-4 AND NPF-7 NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNIT NOS.1 AND 2 In our letter, dated December 8,1982, Serial No. 622, Vepco requested a change to the existing F$. fractional power multiplier for the North Anna Power Station Unit Nos.' 1 and 2.
The attached Figure 1 provides additional infonaation in support of these proposed changes as requested informally by M. Chatterton of the Nuclear Regulatory Comission staff during a March 15, 1983, telephone conversation. Figure 1 shows the calculationofFNH versus power level for North Anna Unit 2 Cycle 3 compared to the current and proposed Technical Specification limits on F{H If you require additional information, please contact us.
