As requested in your letter dated February 10, 1983 (Reference 1), enclosed herein is a fee remittal in the amount of $6,800. This remittal is for the following itenis: 1. Class III fee (54,000) for Amendment No. 30 to the Fort St. Vrain Security Plan relating to compliance with 10CFR73.45. 2. The balance of a Class III fee ($2,800) for Amendment No. 31 to the Fort St. Vrain Technical Specifications relating to a temporary change to LCO 4.4.1. A Class II fee ($1,200) has previously been remitted in our letter dated January 28, 1983 i /(Reference 2). If there are any further questions in this regard, please let me know.
