In my Septemaer 26, 1980 letter which transmitted Significant Deficiency

Report SD 413-414/80-13 concerning improper operation of an optical isolator, it was stated that all corrective actions would be complete by January 1, 1982. Due to difficulty in obtaining replacement com-ponents from the vendor, the change out of all affected isolators will now be accomplished by January 1, 1983.
