Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
At 1805 on February 13, 1983, a Unit No. 1 fire barrier penetration LCO was generated on a fire barrier penetration located in the 20' elevation east wall of the Service Water Building. This was done to permit running temporary power supply cables needed for the installation of a plant modification. Due to the complexity of the work involved with the modification, the seven-day specified time frame of the LCO has been exceeded. Appropriate stationed fire watchers will remain in effect until completion of the involved work and cancellation of the subject LCO.
Very truly yours, C3by C. R. Dietz, General Manager Brunswick Steam Electric Plant i
