In accordance with the April 22, 1994 letter, TSCR No. 244 requests a revised control rod trip insertion time testing acceptance criterion for the remainder of Cycle'10

.for the twelve (12) specific control rods which initially experienced slow rod drop times during. testing conducted on March 17, 1994.

In order to preclude the possible need for future Enforcement Discretion should control rod drop times for any of the specified control rods be greater than 1.66 seconds but less than 2.11' seconds, it is requested that this TSCR be processed under exigent procedtres to support continued TMI-l operation.
