Generator (EDG). These documents 1 require a -written report?tolthe NRC within'30 days of a valid or -non-valid start; failure.. -On 1/7/91Jat 2335,Wduring performance of an 18 month integrated 1 test,- the."D"'EDGifailed to start when a manual. Channel 1"D" Emergency CorelCoo11ng1 System (ECCS) actuation test signal was initiated. Extens'ive troubleshooting could-not determine a reason for-this failure:to start,tand a second attempt'was made to complete this; evolution. The "D" EDG started as required,' and-the scction,otethe. procedure relative.to testis 1g the EDG-via.ECCS-circuitry;was successfully-completed.
