Florida Power Corporation hereby documents a recent organizational change in the Nuclear Licensing area. Effective November 29,1982, Mr. Gary R. Westafer has assumed the position of Manager, Nuclear Licensing and Fuel Management. Signature authority for Florida Power Corporation correspondence with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission hereby resides with Dr. Patsy Y. Baynard, Assistant to Vice President, Nuclear Operations; Mr. Ga.y R. Westater, Manager, Nuclear Licensing and Fuel Management; or any officer of Florida Pouer Corpcration (including myself). All previous authorizations are hereby withdrawn effective this date.
