psig, Overpressure Protection System (OPPS) was not in service.

A cooldown to Mode 5 was in progress.

Summary:

Pressurizer Power Operated Relief

Valve, PCV-RC-455C, momentarily opened as OPPS was placed into
service, reducing RCS pressure by 6 psig.

OPPS was placed into service while RCS pressure was in the

" trip-reset" region for comparator i

operations for the PORV.

There were no challenges to the pressurizer safety valves during the period.
