Dear Mr. Denton:
In letters f rom Mr. William O. Parker, Jr. dated April 9,1982 and June 9,1982 to Mr. liarold R. Denton and Mr. Richard C. DeYoung, respectively, it was indi-cated that a final report describing the electrical penetration qualification verification cost program would be submitted in August 1982. As indicated in my letter of September 7, 1982, the preparation of this report was delayed due to the amount and priority of other work at Wyle Laboratories. The report has been completed and is hereby submitted.
It is concluded that the adequacy of the electrical connectors has been verified, thus satisfying the commitment made by Duke Power Company in Mr. William O. Parker, Jr.'s letter of July 6, 1981.
Please advise if there are any questions regarding this matter.
