1UELECTRIC COMANCHE PEAK STEAM ELECTRIC STATION FITNESS FOR DUTY
SUMMARY
OF MANAGEMENT ACTIONS Six Months Ending December 31, 1990 Daily activities of the Fitnesh For Duty Program have been performed with minimum problems.
The Fitness For Duty Management conducted internal reviews of the program to ensure compliance with 10CFR26. All reviews were positive. One review indicated that the selection rate should be high enough (150%) to ensure that 100% of the annual base is tested.
No events were reported by telephone under 10CFR26, One TV Electric employee was removed from unescorted access and formally referred to EAP after a positive random test for alcohol After participating in the Employee Assistance Program for approximately one and one half months and establishing management and medical assurance of the individuals fitness to adequately perform the assigned work, the individual was returned to unescorted access.
