91-006-493; 91-056-026 Please find attached a signed original and three controlled copies (Numbers 8-3, 8-4, and 8-9) of Amendment 28 to the PVNGS Security Plan.
These copies contain replacement pages for the copies of the Security Plan currently held by the NRC.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4 (b) (4) (iij ), we are herewith forwarding two copies of Amendment 28 to the Regional Administrator of the Region V office.
These changes are being submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54 (p) as a report of changes that do not decrease the safeguards ef fectiveness of the plan.
A summary of the sn5mittal is attached.
We have determined that the attachments to this
- letter, so designated, contain Safeguards Information and are subject to the controls of 10 CFR 73.21.
They are to be withheld from public disclosure in accordar.c3 with the provisions of 10 CFR 2.790(d) and should not be placed in the Public Document Room.
