Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the Regulations of the Nuclear Regulatory Con. mission, Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation, holder of racility Operating License No. NPr-69, hereby requests that Table.2.2.1-1, Item 6 (Page 2-3), and Table 3.3.2-2, Item 1.c.1
~(Page 3/4 3-17) of the Technical Specifxcations set fotih in Appendix A to tha' license be amended.
This proposed change has been reviewed in accordance with Section 6.b of the Technical Specifications.
The proposed change to the Technical Specifications is set forth in Attachment A to this application.
An amendment is propoced for Tables 2.1.1-1 and 3.3.2-2 in order to facilitate the performance of.a Hydrogen Water Chemistry pre-implementation test at Nine Mile Point Unit 2.
The proposed changes would not authorize an/ change in the types of effluents or in the authorized power level of the facility.
Supporting information and analyses which demonstrates that the proposed change involve no significant hazards consideration pursuant to 10crR50.92, are included as Attachment B.
