Technical Specification 6.16,2.c, Facility Operating License NPF.1S, requires Southern California. Edison (SCE) to report violations of the Nat.onal Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit. This transmittal reports that an NPDES permit parameter was exceeded'at Unit 3.
