ATTACHMENT-Revisions to the Offsite Oose Calculation Manual (00CM) are reportable to the NRC in accordance with this station's technical specifications.

Braidwood Station's Radiological Environmental Monitoring Program (REMP) has been updated to identify new dairy ownership and/or locations for milk sampling are as follows:.

80-II-Horris Farm. 2.'4 mi E was retitled to-the Morris / Mack Farm to-indicate there is owner / operator relationship.

This change is to provide 3

consistent reporting in the OOCH, -the Annual Radiological Environmental Operating Repor', and the REMP Contractor's Monthly Report of analysis results.

80-17 Trotter's Dairy, 4.8 mi NH (7.7 km Q) was changed to Halpin's Dalry, 5.-5 mi SSH (8.8-km K).

B0-23 Klausing's farm, 4.3 mi E (6.9 km E) was added.

The changes do not reduce the accuracy and reliability of the setpoint

. determinations or model methodology.
