The Nuclear R(gu'atory Cconission (the Constission) has found that:-
A.
The applic6ticri for amendn.ent by Tennessee Valley' Authority (the licensee) dated Pay 4,1990, conplies with the standards and requirenents of the Atonic Energy Act of 1954, as arended (the Act),
and the Conn:ission's rules and regulations set forth in 10 CFR-CbEtter I; 0.
The facility will operate in conformity with the application, the provisiens of the Act, and the rules and regulations of the Cortisticn; C.
Thereisreasonableessurance(i)thattheactivitieseuthorizedby this antndment can be conducted without endangering the health and safety of the public, and (ii) that such activities-will-be ccnducted in compliance-with the Conmission's regulations;:
D.
The issuance of this amendnent will rict be inimical to the comon defense and security or to the health and safety of the public; and E.
The issuance of this trendnent is in accordance with 10 CFR Part 51 of the Co n.ission's regulations and all applicable requirements have been satisfied.
