Reportable Occurrence Report R0-369/32-72 was to have been submitted by October 27, 1982. This 30-day Reportable Occurrence (pursuant to Technical Specification 6.9.1.13) concerns Techneial Specification 3.7.6 "Two Indepen-dent Control Area Ventilation Systems Shall Be Operable," which was violated on Septerier 27, 1982. However, investigation of the incident and resolution of the problem is not yet complete. The complete report will be submitted by Novem'aer 5, 1982.
