50-328 Enclosed is the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant Unit 1 Inservice Inspection Program (SQN SI-114.1, Rev. 0).
The initial draft of "Preservice Baseline Inspection and Inservice Inspection Progmn" for the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant was submittea by letter from J. E. Gilleland to S. A. Varga dated August 23, 1977. Subsequent revisions and updates have been submitted to the NRC to respond to NRC questions. As regaested by the April 14, 1980 letter from Charles E. Murphy to H. G. Parris, additicnal changes resulting from implementation of the inservice inspection program will be submitteo if necessary.
The inservice and inspection program, SI-114.1,.ts applicable fer our Sequoyah Nuclear Plant unit 1 only and outlines the requireseents for performf ng the first 10-year interval inservice noncestructive examinations for ASME Code Class 1, 2, end 3 components containing water, steam, or radioactive material. The inservice and inspection progran is based on the 1977 Edition and Summer 1978 Addenda of Saetien II of the ASME Bciler and Pressure Vessel Code A.
