Docket No. 50-219 Technical Specification Change Requent No. 105, supplement 2 24-Hor.th Cycle Surveillance Extensions This letter provides replacement Technical Specification pages to be inserted into Technical Specification Change Request (TSCR) No. 185, previously submitted on March 2, 1990. The attached Technical Specification page 4.1-8 which was included in TSCR No. 185 has been amended in the interim via Amendment No. 141 to Provisional Operating License No. DPR-16. The attached Technical Specification page 4.13-2 is revised to maintain the existing surveillance interval for the High Hange Radioactive Noble Gas Effluent Monitor channel calibrations since these surveillances are not being extended.

Accordingly, these pages should be substituted for the corresponding Technical Specification pages in TSCR No. 185.

Each revision is an editorial change to maintain the once per 20 month interval for refueling outage surveillance not being extended. This change in nomenclature is concietent with the original intent of TSCR No. 185.

These changes to our Technical Specification Change Request No. 185 are editorial in nature ne defined in 51FR7744,Section I.C.2.e.(1), and therefore have no effect on the safety evaluation justifying the proposed amendment er on the corresponding no significant hazarde consideration conclusions.
