SUMMARY

OF OPERATING EXPERIENCES-AUGUST 1981 There were two (2) shutdowns during this reporting period. The first one occured on August 5, 1981 when the RPS cable was damaged while repairing electrical penetration seal material. The cable was repaired and the unit was back on line August 8, 1981.

The second shutdown occured on August 11, 1981 when excessive leakage was discovered from SRV-71F.

The valve was repaired and the unit was back on line August 17, 1981.
