Dear Mr. Murley:
This is a follow-up to my letters of October 30, 1990 and November 30, 1990 which describe a Reportable Event under the provisions of 10CFR2l.
In the letter of November 30. 1990, it was mentioned that the plant specific evaluation of Perry Nuclear Power Plant Unit 1 (50-440) was still in progress.
That evaluation has now been completed and it has been determined that this event is also reportable for the Perry Nuclear Power P: ant, Unit 1.
The Cleveland Electric illuminating Co. has been notified of the results of this evaluation and has reported additional details under the provisions of 10CFR50.72.
This completes our evaluation discussed in my letter of October 30, 1990.
