Enclosed are thirty four (34) copies of the final submittal of Chapter 18 proprietary informatioti =

responses to the subject Request for Additional Information (RAI)'on the Standard Safety Analysis-Report (SSAR) for the Advanced Boiling Water Reactor (ABWR). The initial-  !

proprietary submittals were provided in References 1 and 2.

Responses to Questions 621.3,621.6,621.7 and 621.11 contain information that is designated as c General Electric Company proprietary information. This material relates to the Chapter!!8~ i proprietary information that was previously sent to the NRC via Reference 3 and its corresponding- i proprietary affidavit.

It is intended that GE will amend the SSAR with these responses in a future amendment.
