}{1tC Docket Nos. 50-254 & 50-265 TAC Nos. 65386/65387 Enclosed are the or.ginal and three (3) copies of Revision 25 of the Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station Security Plan. This revision adds the requirements of 10CFR Part 26 to the Appendix "B" section of the security plan.
Pursuant to 10CFR 50.4, the signed original and three copies of the security plan revisions are being provided to your offica.
A copy of this letter and two copies of the security plan revisions are being sent, to Region III.
We have concluded that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan. These enclosures contain Safeguards Information which must be protected from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR 73.21.
