Florida Power Corporation hereby submits the enclosed copy of the Crystal River Unit 3 Radiological Emergency Response Plan (Rev.1). This submittal is pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(q) for changes made without prior NRC approval, which are to be submitted within thirty (30) days; and to the requirements of Regulatory Guide 10.1, Rev. 4, Appendix A, No. 66 for distribution of the same emergency plan changes. Revisions to the Plan were made as a result of the NRC Confirmation of Action Letter dated April 8,1982. Revisions are denoted by a bar in the margin of each affected page.
