OPERATIONS NARRATIVE COOPER NUCLEAR STATION NOVEMBER 1990 NORMAL POWER OPERATION WAS EXPERIENCED DURING THE MONTH-0F NOVEMBER.
A CAPACITY FACTOR OF 99.1% WAS ACHIEVED FOR THE MONTH.
