PURPOS,F, To provide assurance.that entrances to high radiation areas are locked and positive control is maintained as re' quired by the applicable provisions of 10 CFR Part 20.- B. D. PROCEDURE

1. All entrances to high radiation areas shall be checked at ,least once overy 24 hour period. 2. ,These checks as a minimum will include the following: a. Verify the door is locked. b. The door may not be opened unless an individual using the door has a key. c. Integrity of the lock on the doors has not been impaired. 3.
