. Catawba Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-413 and 50-414 Technical Evaluation Report for NUREG-0737 Item II.D.1 The NRC's. letter _ dated February 5, 1990 requested an implementation date be provided to the Catawba Project Manager for the piping analysis and support restraint concerns. Duke Power Company accepted the vendors final report for the safety and relief valve discharge loads on September 12, 1990. Duke Power has completed its review of the piping analysis with the revised valve discharge loads.
The current as-built configuration is acceptable as is, and will not require modification to the piping or-the pipe supports. This review resolves the open item, Item II.D.1, of the subject Technical Evaluation Report.
