In accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations. Title 10, Part 50.54(p),
Carolina Power & Light company hereby transmits the original and three copies of Revision 19 to the Industrial Security Plan for the H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit No. 2.
The attached contains no change which is known to decrease the effectiveness of the plan or level of security provided. This revision corrects a typographical error in Chapter 3 and depicts a change in system components in Chapter 5.
The attached information has been designated as Safeguards Infr.mation and should be protected in accordance with the provisions of 1 Nf'R73.21.
