Docket No. 50-285
Dear Mr. Clark:
Adequacy of the Fort Calhoun Station Electrical Distribution System Voltages Omaha Public Power District's letter dated May 21, 1982 stated that the District would provide the Comission with speed-torque / current curves for the raw water pump, charging pump, and containment venti-lation fan motors by October 1,1982.
These curves are being provided to justify the District's position that the subject motors can success-fully operate at low voltage levels. The District also stated in this letter that an evaluation of the plant's present undervoltage relay trip setpoints and the effect of these setpoints on the performance of the subject motors would be conducted. Completion of this evaluation re-quires analysis of the motor curves.
The purpose of this letter is to notify the Commission that there has been a delay in receiving the motor curves from the District's vendor. Based on the new schedule provided by the vendor, the District now expects to provide the curves and evaluation results by December 1, 1982.
Sincerely, t
. N
