Hope Creek Generating Station Docket No. 50-354 License Change Request LCR 94-06 Inservice Leak and Hydrostatic Testing Exception By letter dated March 4,1994, Public Servic~e Electric and' Gas Company submitted the subject amendment request 'to' the - Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
The proposed changes would revise the Index, Table 1.2," OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS," Section 3/4.10 "Special Test Exceptions," and the Bases.
The addition 1of Technical-
- Specification 3/4.10.8," Inservice Leak; and Hydrostatic Testing,'"
permits testing with reactor coolant temperatures up to 212*F.
The.-
proposed changes also require that secondary. containment be operable.
Tho' New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection ' and
-l Energy's Bureau of Nuclear - Engineering - (BNE) reviewed the'above
. amendment in accordance with'the requirements of-10CFR50.91(b) and-has no comments.
