< AMENDMENT REQUEST WITHDR AWAL GROUND WATER LEVEL - SERVICE WATER RESERVOIR Virginia Electric and Power Company requested an amendment in the form of changes to Technical Specification 3/4.7.13.1 " Groundwater Level - Service Water Reservoir" fe,r North Anna Power Station Units 1 and 2. This was submitted by letter Serial Number 87-438, dated March 18,1988.

-existing ones, we are preparing a revised amendment proposal, which will be submitted in the near future, to further modify these Technical Specifications. We therefore request.
that the previous proposed amendment, cited above, be withdrawn.
