AF7IDAVIT OF ALAN J BOOS My name is Alan J Boos, I an employed by Bechtel Power Corporation as the Assistant Project Manager for the Midland project. In this capacity, I assist the project manager in fulfilling his overall responsibility for Bechtel's work on the Midland project.

I am primarily responsible for providing a response to Interrogatory II, Questions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, concerning Mary Sinclair's Contention 6.
