Centlemen:
By letters dated February 28, 1990 (Serial: NLS-90-043) and May 8, 1990 (Serial: NLS 90-094), Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L) requested a change to the Technical Specifications for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, Units 1 and 2.
The proposed change would revise Technical Specification 3.7.1.2 to clarify and expand the s'ervice water pump operability requirements.
Enclosures 1 and 2 of this letter provides the typed Technical Specification pages for your convenience in issuing the proposed ren.ust. provides instructions for the incorporation of the revi ed pages into the Technical Specifications.
