NIAGARA MOHAWK POWER CORPORATION NINE MILE POINT NUCLEAR STATION UNIT #1 NARRATIVE OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE August 1982 The Station operated during the month of August 1982 with a monthly availability factor of 0.0?6 and a net design electrical capacity factor of 0.0%.
The Station was shut down March 19, 1982, for a scheduled maintenance outage. The Station remains shut down due to Reactor Recirculation system piping cracks found during Vessel Hydro on March 23, 1982.
