Dear Sir:
The NRC was notified of a potentially reportable deficiency in References (A) and (B), and revised Interim Reports were transmitted by References (E) and (F). At that time, it was estimated that a Final Report would be available by August 31, 1982.
Due to the extensive investigation and evaluation required, it is now expected that a Final Report, including reports fram Teledyne Engineering Services and Battelle Pacific Northwest Laboratories, will be submitted by October 22, 1982.
