.c Identification and Descrintion of Occarrence During performance of Surveillance Instruction (SI) 4.2.B-7 (Instrumentation That Senses Reactor Low Pressure) prassure switches (PS-682 96 Switch No. 1, PS-3-74A. Switch No. 1, PS-3-74B Switch No. 1 and 2 ) were found out of technical specification limits by 1 7.15.
PS-68-96, PS-3-74A and 74B, Switch No. 1, actuates the recirculation discharge valve, and PS 74B Switch No. 2 is a CSS and LPCI admicsion valves permissive.
Anoarent Cause of Occurrence The pressure switches setpoints had drifted.
Other Related Events BFR0 50-259/81038, 81064, 77002, 82006, 82038 260/81059, 78018, 81033, 82003, 82013 296/82021, 80018, 79010, 79028 Corrective Action Taken or Planned The switches were recalibrated, functionally tested, and returned to service. The switches will be replaced with an analog transmitter and trip unit system (Design Change Request (DCR) 1398) at a later date.
