Transmitted herewith, in accordance with 10CFR50.54(p), is issue 4, Revision 0 of the Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station Physical Security Plan. The complete reissue of the Plan is a result of an in-depth review to ensure that commitments and content are more clear and concise, void of redundancy, and consistent with the reorganization of the Nuclear Strategic Business Unit.
A " Summary of Changes" for issue 4, Revision 0 is included to provide the basis for changes and to facilitate NRC review.
The changes are not considered to be a decrease in the effectiveness of the Plan or the Nuclear Security Program for Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station.
