Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I would respectfully request that we be permitted to obtain copies of the documents in possession of your commission as described below:
1.
All submissions by the General Public UtilJ. ties Corp. pursuant to the Price-Anderson Act for its Oyster Creek, New Jersey Nuclear Reactor regarding insurance coverage in effect for the period from January 1, 1980 to date.
2.
All documents relating in any way to a load of nuclear material transported by Douglas Roh and Marilyn Roh on behalf of Tri-State Transit Company for the General Public Utilities Corp. beginning on or about April 17, 1982, at the Oyster Creek Reactor in Toms River, New Jersey, and terminating at a nuclear dump in Beatty, Nevada.
3.
All docnments regarding the identity of the entity operating tbc nuclear waste dump in Beatty,, Nevada in April and May,1980.
4.
All documents regarding the identity of the Federal Inspector who inspected the load transported by the Rohs described in Number 2 above when it arrived at the B'eatty,, Nevada. dump on or about April 22, 1980.
5.
All documents containing information pertaining to the contents of the load transported by the Rohs as described in Number 2 above.
6.
All documents regarding telephone conversations or messages with the Federal Inspector who accepted the load from the Rohs on or about April 22, 1980 in Batty, Nevada.
