Dear Mr. Denton:
Florida Power Corporation hereby submits three (3) originals and forty (40) copies of Technical Specification Change Request No.107, requesting amendment to Appendix A of Operating License No. DPR-72. Included with this request are the proposed replacement pages.
Change Request No.107 will correctly place the Emergency Feedwater Ultrasonic Flow Indicators (EFW) with the other Post Accident Sampling Instruments in Specification 3.3.3.6, rather than the EFW system Specification 3.7.1.2.
Florida Power Corporation has detec,ined the requested action involves a Class III amendment, per 10 CFR 170.22, in that.t involves a single safety issue. Accordingly, the license amendment fee of four thousand dollars ($4,000) is enclosed.
