In our letters of Aoril 23, 1976 (Serial No. 992) and November ?,
12h (Serial :4o. 313), we discussed innlecentation of the Muclear Power 3tation 2uality Assurance !!anual (JPSO.O!) for North Antaa Unit 1.
This lettar still provide our schedule for implementation of the MPECN! for North Anna Unit 2.
Coincident with the issuance of our Unit 2 facility operating license, ve will implement Section 3, Design control. Until that time, desian changes are handled through our construction QA program.
All other sections of the NPSQAM are being i=nleriented on various !! nit 2 svstems at the time of system conditional ralease wnicn transfers the control of a system from construction to operations.
