Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
In my response to Mr. N. C. Moseley dated March 16, 1977, with regard to IE Circular 76-05, it vns indicated that Duke would return the sub-ject snubbers to ITT-Grinnell for replacement parts and recalibration.
Since that time Duke has purchased a Model PHD-5434-3 suppressor tester from ITT-Grinnell. Duke personnel have been trained and qualified by ITT-Grinnell to operate the suppressor tester and will test and cali-brate the snubbers listed in my March 16, 1977 letter prior to their installation at McGuire.
