This revised page replaces the phrase "... above noted primary and backup . ." with the phrase ".. above noted primary or backup ..." in the ACTION statement for Specification 3.8.4. j The conclusions of the No Significant Hazards Consideration Analysis contained in the reference letter are unaffected by this revised mark-up. A copy of this letter is being provided to the appropriate South Camlina state official.
