This is to advise that, as of April 1,1994, Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation has Nuclear Property.and Decontamination Insurance in place totaling $2,750 million as described below.
The primary property coverage of $500 million is provided by ANI/MAELU 'under policy number 93133. In the event of common occurrence, there is an aggregate of $500,000,000 applicable. This policy renews June 1,1994.
The next $850 million of property coverage is shared between the Nuclear Insurance Pools (ANI/MAELU) and Nuclear Electric Inscrance Ltd. (NEIL) on a quota share basis.
ANI/MAELU is responsible for 90% of the limit ($765 million) with NEIL providing the other 10% ($85 million).110th policies, X94133 and CX94-43, renew on January 1,1995.
Also, there is Excess Nuclear Property and Decontamination Liability coverage with NEIL in the amount of $1,400 million excess of the $1,350 million from ANI/MAELU/NEIL. This:
