OPERATIONS NARRATIVE COOPER NUCLEAR STATION February 1994 Cooper Station operated at 100 percent for the month of February, with the following exceptions:

1 February 6,13 and 27 - Slight derate to perform rod operability surveillance procedure.

2. February 18 Derate to perform rod pattern adjustment, turbine testing, and repair feedwater pump.
3. February 28 - Derate to perform RPS surveillance testing.

A unit capacity factor of 98.9 percent (MDC Net) was attained for the month of February.
