Response

1.

The immediate corrective action was to remove unnecessary prints from the Control Room print book, review the remaining prints for the latest revision, and replace all superceded prints with the latest revision in the Document Center. All prints in the Control Room print book have been verified to be the latest revision available.

The permanent corrective action will be to place controlled copies of the drawing index and microfilmed drawing #ile in the Control Room and remove the print book. The operators will then have access to the latest prints and will have the means to verify the most recent revision of a print is being used, as required by Section 5.6 of Quality Assurance Procedure 2009,

" Control and Olstribution of As-Built Drawings".

Both items have been requested and are in preparation. As a temporary measure, until drawing control is established in the Control 781201om
