In accordance with 10CFR 50.55e Significant Deficiency Report SD 414/82-25 was to be submitted by this date. During the course of the investigation of extensive lack of penetration on the roots of several Class C welds, made by the same welder, additional concerns were uncovered. A full evaluation will be provided by January 31, 1983.
