The Authority will perform a study to determine which pipe penetrations warrant sealing and selection of the method (or methods) of sealing and this will be completed by December 31, 1979.

Installation of the seals is expected to be completed by December 31, 1980.

It may be not be possible to seal certain pipe I

penetrations due to pipe expansion, hydraulic loading and anchoring considerations.

Pipe penetration seal selection will be based on ease of installation, quality of material, maintenance and cost considerations.
