Dear Mr. Schwencer :

i Re ference (a) states: " Prior to November 1, 1982, the licensee shall complete a test and shall submit its evaluation o f the results which confirm the capability of the vacuum breaker valves to withstand the opening and closing forces associated with pool swell."
