Dear Mr. Denton:
Please find attached five copies of Revision 2 of the Oconee Modified Amended Security Plan (MASP). Complete volumes of the MASP are being transmitted due to revisions which incorporate indications of changed material. Changes made from the original MASP, submitted on November 21, 1977, have been identified as either Revision 1, 1.e., contained in the February 1, 1978 revision of the MASP, or Revision 2, i.e., changed during this revision of the MASP. There-fore, retain only the tabs of your previous volume for insertion into the attached revised MASP. Note that Chapter 15 has been deleted, therefore, this tab should also be deleted.
Since this material is applicable to security provisions at Oconee, it is requested that this information be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790.
