This is to inform you that on August 26, 1978 the University of Delaware removed all components of its AGN-201 nuclear reactor in accordance with the dismantling plan and commission rules and regulations. Surveys of the reactor room and the reactor components taken before and after removal indicate no removable contamination levels in excess of background. A copy of these two radiation surveys performed by the Radiation Safety Officer, Jenny M. Johansen, is attached.

.The University of Delaware hereby requests final inspection of the site by a representative of the commission and termination of the facility license R-043 as remodeling of the room is expected to be completed by November 15, 1978.
